Laurie Sanderson (Actor, Writer, Producer) is a New York stage veteran. She is the writer and actor of her first solo play Dottie Hope which has played to sold out audiences in New York. She made her film debut in Burt Reynolds’ trilogy Hostage Hotel, where she played a hostage Burt rescues. This role earned her a SAG card, thank you Doug Dean.

She has performed at The Cherry Lane, La Mama etc., Rattlestick Theatre, The Actors Studio, Greenwich St. Theatre, Irish Arts Center, Stella Adler Studio, and Playwrights Horizons Studio. She thanks the Writers Group; Barbara, David, Gary, Geoffrey, Laura, Lee, Melinda, Mort, Nancy and Will for their feedback and encouragement. 57 Dates in 64 Days was developed under the tutelage of Wynn Handman, to whom Laurie is eternally grateful.

She sends her love and thanks to her fellow classmates and friends for their constant encouragement. Laurie thanks her director David Henry Sterry for sharing the vision of this show and helping to bring it to life. Thank you John Sanderson for the art design , you are a dream to work with.
